How does the email ingestion actually work?
Your club gets a private ingest address. You set a forward rule in Gmail or Outlook once (about two minutes). Every interest form, registration notice, and inquiry email is parsed into a structured lead — name, age group, contact info — and routed by your rules.
What sports does it support?
All of them. Soccer, baseball, softball, volleyball, basketball, lacrosse, swim — the pipeline, routing, and coach tools are sport-agnostic. Age groups, programs, and terminology are configurable per club.
Does it send text messages?
Two ways. Click-to-text works from day one with zero carrier registration — staff tap a lead and their own phone opens with the message pre-filled, logged in the CRM. Clubs that want automated texting can upgrade to a managed number with compliant opt-out handling.
Where do our coaches log in?
